Back to Gaia: Becoming the Great Mother is a soulful 8-week journey into the essence of grounded care, sacred strength, and embodied presence. Across four live weekend sessions, we will explore what it means to truly nourish ourselves and others from a rooted, loving place. This course draws from spiritual traditions, psychology, somatic movement, and devotional practice — offering a space for deep connection, emotional replenishment, and spiritual remembrance.
Together, we return to the wisdom that lives in the body. We tend the parts of ourselves that long for holding. We practice how to show up — to our lives, our loved ones, and our purpose — with softness and strength in equal measure.

Session Themes
Week One: The Grounded Center
Coming home to your body, your breath, and your capacity to hold yourself. Cultivating inner safety, regulation, and rootedness.
This week is a soft landing.
We begin by reestablishing your relationship with the most sacred home you will ever know — your body. Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll explore how to become your own steady presence in a chaotic world.
You’ll learn how to:
- Anchor into the present moment without effort
- Recognize what safety feels like in your body
- Build nervous system regulation rituals
- Create inner rootedness that allows you to be soft and strong
This is the soil. This is the ground from which everything else grows.
Week Two: The Nourishing Heart
Practices for emotional replenishment, rest, and tending to what’s been neglected. Honoring the parts of you that need care.
This week is about tending the garden of your emotional life.
Many of us have learned to care for others before we’ve ever truly learned to care for ourselves. Through practices of rest, inner listening, and gentle movement, we’ll offer presence to the parts of you that are weary, overlooked, or grieving.
You’ll be guided to:
- Identify unmet emotional needs and how to meet them
- Embrace the sacred art of rest and energetic boundaries
- Move through emotional blockages with softness and grace
- Reconnect with your capacity to receive (not just give)
The mother within you deserves nourishment, too.
Week Three: The Fierce Protector
Exploring healthy boundaries, inner strength, and spiritual authority. Reclaiming the voice that says no with love and clarity.
Now that you’ve begun to cultivate internal safety and nourishment, it’s time to rise. This week invites you to reconnect with your inner guardian — the part of you that protects what is sacred, sets clear boundaries, and leads with conviction.
We’ll explore how to:
- Reclaim your “No” as an act of self-love
- Establish boundaries that are firm and compassionate
- Access your inner fire — the energy that protects and directs
- Break free from people-pleasing and performative care
Protection isn’t about force — it’s about fierce devotion to what matters most.
Week Four: The Creative Presence
Tapping into your intuitive gifts, your ability to create, and your sacred role as a steward of life and love.
The Great Mother is not just a nurturer — she is also a creator, a visionary, and a channel for beauty and change. In this final week, we’ll reconnect with your innate creativity and the quiet wisdom that emerges when you are deeply attuned to yourself.
This is about:
- Awakening your intuitive voice and creative expression
- Trusting your inner rhythm and timing
- Honoring your sacred role as a co-creator of life, beauty, and change
- Letting go of fear around being “too much” or “not enough”
